Life in the UK 2025

Now in its third year, Carnegie UK’s Life in the UK wellbeing index is beginning to tell a longer-term story of what life is like for people who live in the UK. Despite some signs of hope, in 2025 life in the UK predominantly remains characterised by persistent inequality and wellbeing stagnation.
