Building on the work of the Qualitative Insight Toolkit, which provides guidance on how to gather insights. The Qualitative Insight Repository is the site to share community insights that have been gathered.
The repository benefits third sector organisations in the Community, Voluntary and Faith sector by providing partners with insights collected from residents. It adds value to the work of Wirral’s Public Health Team and the wider Council. Other benefits of the repository include:
-
Having an accessible and central location hosting local qualitative insights.
-
The repository highlights the breadth of work happening throughout Wirral to help improve residents’ health and wellbeing.
-
It supports evidence-based decision making when planning and delivering services to residents. Strengthening a more targeted and resident-focused response.
-
It mitigates the risk of different organisations asking residents the same questions time and time again, avoiding consultation fatigue.
