To support the development of Wirral Council’s commissioning plan for sexual and reproductive health services in Wirral, the Qualitative Insight Team gathered insights on people's experiences and preferences with sexual health service provision. Insights were gathered from 97 participants, including professionals and four target groups: young people (15–24), LGBTQIA+ communities, residents in areas with high levels of deprivation, and ethnic minority communities. Methods included focus groups, interviews, informal conversations, and participant observation.
